Daniel Radcliffe set to appear in first film since beginning Harry Potter series

Daniel Radcliffe of Harry Potter fame is set to start filming for a new film directly after the release of 'Goblet of Fire'. It will be his first film appearance in a non-Harry Potter film since he started filming the series five years ago.

The movie, called December Boys, is based on the novel by Michael Noonan and is focused on four orphans who leave their orphanage and go on a holiday by the sea. A rumour is started about two of the seaside residents wanting to adopt one of the orphans and this causes tension between them.

The film is directed Ron Hardy and stars Paz Vega beside Daniel.
