Does anyone know what color his eyes are? I cannot seem to find anything in the book that says exactly what color they are. They always describe them as alive, or bright, etc. I don't think J.K. ever says their exact color. If anyone knows what color they are for sure, though, please tell me. No guessing what they are though. I want an answer only if you know for sure, or if you know for sure that they never say what color they are.

They never say what color they are, trust me, I've read the books through and through searching... I know you don't want guesses, but what I imagine them to be is a stormy gray, it may vary to what you picture him as.

Soo.. Sirius's dog form would probably have the same color eyes as him, wouldn't it? So I agree, I think they're gray

He could have any shade of pale eyes. They could be a pale blue, pale green or, yes, even grey. So, saying they're pale isn't exactly a complete answer. But it's a start! Thanks, you guys.

I imagine his eyes are somewhat like Snape's; black, or at least dark. Perhaps dark blue, if black is out of the question.

i imagine black eyes with shadowy sockets a bit like Angels. or if not maybe a sort of dark hazel colour. i dont think he has the same eyes as the dog, coz look on the back cover of book 3 and it hasn't got pupil or nothing, just blueness...

I think that they are dark, either gray or hazel brown. He may have blue but that is not as likely. I am also pretty sure that J.K. had them a pretty dark color, but not black because people don't have black eyes. It is only my opinion, but I Gray and Brown are the only ones I think would fit.

I usually imagine him with Dark Brown eyes almost black and black hair. My first impression of Sirius when he was reported escaped from Azkaban was that he had dirty yellow eyes! But that's impossible, dirty yellow *shakes head in disgust* what was I thinking? The way I see him changes basically with every book though.

Well, in the book they say that each animagus is registered, and needs to put down what identifyable markings they have as an animal. This makes me think that animagi tend to have markings that separate them from other animals of that species. After all, Mcgonagal has rings around her eyes repesenting glasses, and Rita has those horn rimmed glasses shaped rings- it makes me think that the markings are also characteristics in their human form. Snuffles has just been described as a pure black dog- that just makes me wonder if his eyes are a special or unusual-especially since that is one of the few ways the dog was described (big shaggy black dog, pale eyes), meaning the eyes probably stuck out. I've never had a dog, so I'm not sure, but don't black dogs usually have black eyes? I don't know, just a guess...

anyways, this all makes me think that Sirius shares eye color with his alter-ego (snuffles). pale probably means some shade of pale blue or gray. I've never actually found any indication to his eye colour, but I personally see his eyes as a warm brown. It's probably just my preferrance *shrugs* but that's how I always imagined him.

soem where in POA it say that sirius had a skull like face and dark eyes. I always imagined him with dark blue that was they would stad out from the rest of his face or dark brown:luv

I have 6 dogs and none of them has pale eyes, one has golden brown eyes, but the others has either light brown or dark brown eyes. So i think that Sirius eyes are the identifying mark. I think it says somewhere in the book that his eyes are pale blue...On the canadian cover, his eyes are this color.
