Oh, and for the complete answer, if you care, is this. The Magical Bugs Ward was on the Second Floor. The Tearoom and Hospital Shop were on the top, Fifth Floor. As for Inquiries, once you passed the dummy in the warehouse of Purge and Dowse, Ltd., it turns into the hospital. Past the rows of the people in the reception area there is a big desk with a &quot;plump blond witch seated at a desk marked INQUIRIES.&quot; (straight from the text). It was where the group found out where Arthur Weasley was held, and behind the big desk on the wall is the sign with the proper wards of the hospital named on it. Indeed, there are a few, but, Madzilla was the only one to catch my subtle slip. There is a ward for POTION AND PLANT POISONING on the Third Floor, but not a ward that said, Potion and Toxin Poisoning.
