Whom does Sirius look like?

I saw the Goo Goo Dolls in concert last month and with his hair dyed black Johnny Rzeznik reminded me of Sirius.

Lately I've been thinking that if Sirius were a rock star, he'd be Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters. The long hair, the intensity in both musicianship and singing, but a totally fun attitude, because he never takes himself or his public image seriously, and he seems to enjoy pranking in videos...

Gary is perfect. I can only match Sirius with him.I even don't know who is better :Sirius or Gary? They are both in my heart, and I love them both.

I think Ben Barnes could have played a younger Sirius, if there had been more parts with the Marauders in the movies. I have a Prince Caspian calendar on my wall and in March's picture he's got a very dark seductive look going on. =] Sounds Sirius-esque to me!

Sirius looks like Boromir... or he should. In fact Boromir ought to look like Gary Oldman Sirius.

How about René Fris from the contest Shear Genius? He has blue eyes (not grey but close) and his hair has the "casual elegance".

It's funny I wasn't the only one thinking "Sirius Black!!" when I saw Prince Caspian's movie posters. There are some interesting pictures from his new movie "Dorian Gray".
I agree he could also be Regulus (but it is written somewhere in DH that Regulus wasn't as good looking as his brother).

This is Mario Cimarro, some Mexican actor. He has dark eyes, and usually doesn't look much like Sirius to me, but he reminds me of him on this photo. It's very pirate-like and I love that intense look. He's (Yarr!!) so hot.

I quite agree with you, on both. He's hot but not exactly Sirius looking. I think her looks a bit more like a pirate. (Just a personal thought.)

I agree, he looks a bit too much pirate-like. I think I'll stick with Gary Oldman; in State of Grace he really looks like a younger Sirius.

I know we are mostly talking about actors and REAL people, but Shigure Souma from the anime Fruits Basket always reminded me of Sirius Black back when I was reading it. It's a lot of his personality as well as looks (as close as an anime character could get, that is.) The fact that he transforms into a dog is an added bonus.

This picture reminds me of some face Sirius might make, lol

This one reminds me of him SO MUCH!

Like I said, his personality always reminds me of Sirius (as well as his hairstyle... also the fact that he wears more traditional Japanese clothing while none of the other characters do make it look like he has wizard robes! LOL) Of course it could just be the fact that he turns into a black dog, I don't think that's it.

Shigure is really intelligent, but he'd most likely be found goofing off than actually working.

And then this scene of Shigure (I totally typed Sirius) laughing at Tohru makes me think of what Sirius would do. Heh. I have compared these two for over four years... I guess it's hard to stop now

I just read all twenty pages - I'm rather surprised my brain still works after drooling over all those gorgeous men.

I'd like to suggest three who haven't been mentioned yet.

I think they all tick the boxes for handsome, aristocratic, haughty, brooding (which is an essential facial expression when he's thinking about his family) and they can all do carefree as well. Though, they will ALL need to grow their hair...

Love
